I am looking for ways to optimize my Age Pension entitlements while ensuring legal compliance, I have heard from KZbin channel which is to contribute super to my younger spouse in order to legally hide money from Centrelink Age Pension. I already at Age Pension age while my partner is several years away. I just want to found out for Centrelink purposes, will this action to be seen as Gifting? And it’s not benefit to optimize my Age Pension entitlements within a period of 5 years. Thanks for your kind advice.

I have an ivesment. Property that was valued at $1.2 million, it has been vacant for 12 months so I have not had an income, have survived on borrowed money, Centrelink tell me that I can’t get a pension

She talked about this. First of all, how much of that property do you own and how big is your mortgage? Secondly, why would anyone with a $1.2 million _investment_ property want or be entitled to a pension? Seriously, stop moaning about the Centrelink and get some financial advice.

Asset is only for the owners, not Labor government, until Labor reduces the amount they give to the aborigines . This "ASSETS Tax" is for one reason, and that is reduced the amount they give to pensioners but give millions of dollars to their clients the aborigines. Doing what they're doing is no different than treating pensioners under a DICTATION so they can control every cent they give to pensioners with the fault of stating that they give pensioners benefits underhanded.

I lost $12,282.40 annually, which reduced to $670.30 a fortnightly. This DISCRIMINATE and VICIOUS towards PENSIONERS who try to live independently.
