when posting purchase invoice tally has the field supplier invoice no and invoice date , but while process the ageing report considering the date of invoice posted instead the doc date . (e.g ) When a invoice 1.07.17 received from vendor missed out and noticed , posted after crossing 10 days on 10th and reflecting the report gives for this transaction while processing the ageing report on 12th with an intervel 0-7 , 8-14 , 15 -21 will reflect under 0 - 7 instead 8 -14 against the invoice dt of 1st which is wrong . need your comment on this. The field defined invoice dt in tally is only for information out of system.
