I was in Viet Nam in 1966 to 1967 I was stationed in Ahn Ke,TDYed to Phu Bi hauling Avgas to support the 1st Cav, JP4 to support air force in Bong Son at LZ Pony.. I went to VA in Wilkes BarrePa for C&P exam the doctors never showed after 4 hours the nurse came out and said they wouldn't be back.My PET Scan showed I was covered internally with Cancer from head to toe. The VA denied my claim. My hemotoligist said other wise. Yet they said I had PTSD

I am at 60% .. going to see a services officer in Lake City, Florida.. Last week of October..I have In my VA Health records listed of Parkinson’s, Hypothyroidism, Essential tremor, Malignant melanoma, Squamous cell carcinoma of skin. I served in 68-69 in the 4th Infantry I have tried to increase before but now with presume I hope to get 100% Thanks for Your Help 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

parkinson comes from dental metals: mercury amalgams, metal crowns etc. after removal you still need to detox metals before you see improvement

Jim Kuertz I was stationed in Vietnam from 1965 to 1966. Retired from the Army in 1969 with a Heart condition, type 2 diabetes, tinnitus and am now rated at 80 percent since 2011. I was wondering about my daughter, she was born without ovary's and can never have children. I also have ben treated for Barret's disease by an outside doctor for several years. Can these be a presumptive?

Either they are on the presumptive list from the VA or they are not.

We went to the American Legion at our VA hospital. . They got us everything including 100%. Unfortunately my husband passed in 2020 from. His exposure to AO. Our 43 year old son was born with 4 of the presumptive listed for children. Unfortunately he got nothing because I wasn't the veteran. 15 surgeries in his first 15 years of life to fix hhhis hands so he could use them. Multiple syndactilies, missing fingers, etc. All 5he children should be taken care of

I actually had to prove that I was in Vietnam do you know they have no idea how many people were there they used to count the bodies coming home I’m still fighting after 50 years

I have a skin condition on my arms and back. I was a combat Engineer, we sprayed weed killer labeled total vegetation killer on green drums, this was in 1976 Ft. Carson Colorado. I also fueled vehicles with fuels and oils, JP4, Diesel fuel, gasoline and oil. I was a repair and utilities specialist, I was exposed to paints, paint thinners, asbestos siding and insulation and tiles. Then we used explosives in demolition, fall out and residue from demolition. My condition is irreversible. I was tested for cancer, what I have is a chemical reaction skin disorder. get in a sauna. the best way to detox is that. I tried everything and sauna made me feel brand new like nothing else. i stay in 1-2 hrs sometimes and come out like if I dumped tons of toxins

TREMORS are now presumptive. Does that mean any body tremors? Or just certain body parts?

The VA's biggest issue appears to be that we veterans (boots on ground), have to have some other proof other than our DD214 which actually lists your Vietnam dates of service and your last duty station. Any suggestions?

Yes. Make the VA hire people with higher IQ's. And urge Paul Tonko of NY's 20th District to RUN FOR PRES. You should see the bills he's introduced....so many good ones, and fighting for us!

You can now apply for this. I have read other stories, similar. Go for it even if you have to make your own form. If an advocate won't help you, reach one of these attorneys. And as I told another person - SAVE THE DATE - approx July 26th. Demonstration. Details to follow.

You cab file a claim on her behalf, Several Vietnam Vets had children with problems, like one of mine too. But it does not matter. It was your DNA and exposure that caused this. Same thing happened in town of Anniston AL near Ft. McClellan. The people AND their children got sick, babies born with deformities and so on. You legally have the right to file a claim.

Do dependants of veterans get disability for agent orange, my father die of cancer. My father went to Vietnam twice. He was in the Army, i have and was born with scoliosis, i have spina bifida. I been trying to find a lawyer but its only appeal lawyers. I need a lawyer to start the case.

If you were Navy and within the 12 mile zone, two things you absolutely want to get copies of: The ships deck logs showing operations within the 12 mile boundary and proof that you were aboard during those ops. Your quarterly personnel performance & evaluation reports will answer that quite nicely, your DD214 won't.

Will i was olso affected olso with my husband, who work for the airplane, i was operated on my right ear, during pregnancy to my second child, i am suffering on my right operated ear until now, i am 68 years old on oct. 10 i always go to the doctors for my operated ear, my second chil, 1978, was olso operated for herenia or unbealy cord, for the 3rd. Month after birth, i dont know but i olso super for thise herveside or egent orange for the sickness of my husband until now, i bear all his attitudes for my younger years in life, for thise agent orange side effect.
