Lovely, I do wonder how many steps from the road it is. That is always an issue in the area. Hauling groceries , gas tanks, etc can be quite exhausting and expensive.

Having once vacationed right nearby this house, I worry (as an over-55, well, next month anyway) that the house is only accessible by lots of stairs...as most houses here are. I am curious how far away any parking places are located, if any. With that said, the Amalfi Coast is a dream and the water is the most delightful, buoyant, and refreshing swim that I have ever experienced. Note: it gets hot in midsummer and there's often no wind despite being right on the sea. I visited in July!

If I may play Arvin Addad for a second: Unfortunately they didn‘t align the aircondition with the doors, bathrooms have no windows, terrasses are missing some awnings, heritage protection is quite strict in Italy, glass stairs are made for more light, but do not really fit to the style of the rest of the house. However, views are fantastic and the kitchen is quite spacious and cosy.😂😂😂
