An ideal property for an investment portfolio for a recently retired pensioner or someone benefiting from a lump sum payment. Good RoI. However, I know nothing about investing or making a profit on anything. 😊

It’s poorly decorated but the property, specially the house is GORGEOUS, like a movie.

Outside it's great! So beautiful and picturesque! Inside is not so great. Another property just checking boxes instead of preserving original character of the property. There are ways to add modern adminites without the modern feel. I want to feel like I'm in central Italy no matter what room I'm in. The Interiors here just boring and unappealing.

Agree. Outside is stunning. Inside screams California and is a bit soulless. No charm or character and not what you expect when you see the exterior. Disappointing to say the least and it could have been really charming and beautiful.

And that so what? It's just a property in sale, the better when anyone buy a property is when this could have the potencial for gone a bussines. Not all the people its searching for buy a home, whats your problem?

Beautiful restoration. As mentioned by DJL78, this is an accomodation business. Many small appartments with very little "wow" factors inside, including the main villa. The outside seems uusually dry? As a single family house, I would think that much better options are available for the price.
