Elemental Shards does have a 5 second cooldown btw. Just got it and Time Dilation. Time Dilation is kinda bugged. It gives an extra 3 or 4 seconds for one mod but after that it's still the same. Hopefully Bountiful isn't bugged either.

Hey, those are still great buffs, elemental shards has a fair trade off for what it can do though. I was expecting as much for time dilation, can’t make it *too* good. As for it being bugged, that’s just how Bungo rolls at this point
