Devour Hunters were a concept that was completely and totally alien to Destiny 2 until The Witch Queen. Hunters can finally feel, even if only for a moment, what its like to be a Warlock.

You can save your heavy when dealing with overloads. Monarchs poison re-stuns them and you can just primary them to death.

Few things I can relate to as much as your hatred of overload champs. On a different note, I don't think I'll be able to swap off Vanishing step. It has saved my life too many times in a pinch with Omni

Le monarque with volatile rounds and devour can become an add clear and dps monster at the same time: devour kills fill grenade energy so you can proc volatile rounds very often, and the poison of le monarque actually spreads volatile to nearby enemies and activates the detonation after a tick of damage. It can destroy a room of adds and a miniboss in seconds because if you shoot the miniboss it's gonna detonate all the enemies near him which all add up tons of damage to that target and refills your grenade. Then i couple it with lucky pants for nutty boss dps and you get a marvelous nuke sustain build with infinite ammo. I swapped out taking charge and high energy fire for font of might and that arc mod that gives you +20 strenght, and i use an explosive light rocket to grab orbs when my super is full (it is endless you can pick them up even if you are at max stacks of explosive light).

Obviously, though this needn’t actually be said, you can also use Kinetic Siphon instead of void. Or Harmonic Siphon. Kind of overlooked that, tbh.

FYI running a weapon with explosive light will let you pick up orbs of power with a full super. Also has no cap even with full stacks of explosive light.

Not completely true actually. Used a Typhon GL3 with Explosive Light. It stoped at 6 every time without fail post charge.

They must have changed it recently then. I used to run a Palmyra with EL and could always pick up orbs even with x6. If so that's my bad.

I try to avoid recommending stats. Mostly because my comment section eats me alive when I do so. But given it’s function, I’d focus MOB/DIS/RES. T6 is passable for MOB, T10 is what you want. DIS between 60-80 and RES at 50, at least.

Yes. I completed weekly GM in the last two weeks. I did use the fragment that makes you invisible when dodging though. It allows me to make it to my teammates for revives.

I too am also ignorant, it’s my super power. But yes, this is actually exceptionally more powerful when you’re in a fireteam. Omnioculus has benefits that you only get with other players. Even more so when another fireteam member also has omni, you make give each other a 75% physical resist when you make each other invisible.

Vanishing step is _extremely_ helpful in groups. The only reason I didn’t use it in this video is because I was doing more solo work and trapper/stylish kind of felt better for what I was doing at the time.

Void Siphon? Lol. Lmao, even. I love content creators that "create builds" but don't bother reading competing mods for a build. You're using Le Monarque and you're rocking a Void subclass. Just use Harmonic Siphon instead and save yourself 2 Energy slots. Void Siphon is a complete and total waste of Energy in this build. I'll never stop laughing at "build crafters" who can't actually be bothered to craft correctly.
