@@EbM0725 I think so the thing is I’m stuck on a question it says “ assume you’ll be using temporary workers or employees to cover decline in capacity output since one of the 15 employees successfully resigned as of 30 June 2021 “ I tried doing the aggregate plan but I’m stuck I don’t know which method should I use please make a video with a similar question your videos help a lot

No they are not overtime the company decides to hire temporary workers to for cover for decline in capacity so I don’t know if either when calculating the output -forecast for the periods the workers are going to be hired for should I multiply the number of workers with the number of cases they can produce for which method should I use ..... this is really confusing
