Let’s say they want owner decides to hire one employee who retired. Then additionally he will use subcontracting to recoup the loss of production of workers that retired . How do you use subcontracting using the 3 highest periods to prepare aggregate plan capacity

Subcontracts are used exactly the same way as overtime they just differ in their names but their use is the same

And in the case you have the regular time 200 is it okay to use the overtime so that the company doesn't produce nothing in the first period or it's okay to produce nothing and proceed to the second period

If the regular time is the same as the forecasted (both 200) then there is no need for overtime in the first period

why in other problems, we just need to have ending inventory to calculate holding cost, but in the others( for ex: this video) we need to have average inventory to calculate holding cost? Thanks

It depends on the statements but generally, the average inventory is the most used to calculate the holding cost
