22:54 You could've form Sardinia-Piedmont, complete their admin efficiency mission->Culture change and form Spain, get the system of councils->Then form Lotharingia and complete their mission and if you got the Alahmbra monument at max, you could've get 20% adm efficiency almost a century before absolutism.

Spain is already a tag, he wouldn't have been able to form them, but yeah forming Sardinia-Piedmont first is the move.

@@thewhalebear7073 Why tho? Lotharingia is formed via event, so he can form at least 1 end tag nation before clicking the event.

@@David-bh7hs Honestly I don’t know if all of the extra monarch points that you’ll need to spend on states and culture swapping is worth it for the 5% admin efficiency, especially when you need to bank of all it to burn in such a small window to get it to work.

the best nations to form with the trick are: sardinia piedmont 5% adm eff > prussia 5% adm eff > germany (5%national ideas) 5% adm eff> lotharingia + the spanish monument for a total of 30% admin efficiency

Mb change germany to angevin and france, but you wont gain perm claims on everywhere, idk

Lotheringia is a decent nation but it’s not what I would usually go for. I like to form nations that will have a different way of playing like Switzerland. Love the mercenary gameplay with going reformed and doing the whole making everyone reformed bit. Super funny getting monarch points from changing peoples religions.

hey.. does anyone know an easy way to change nation info whilst in the game with console commands? like nation colour and name etc? or do we have to go into the files? if i do change the files /common/country tags etc does it change them for the entire game or just that one playthru? is there a way to link it to only one playthru like a scenario in civ 4? or i just have to copy the files and swap them around when i want a normal playthru again? i was thinking of making some other historical nations kinda like an alterative history mod of my own but im a noob so was hoping to do it as easy as possible.. or can i somehow custom nation and start the game and then use that same save and start a new game with another custom nation so i just keep adding them? thanks for any info...

I just thought, in addition to forming France/Germany/Whatever end game tag you want, could you also form England->Angevin? This is certainly outside of the realm of being useful, since you'd have to conquer half of Europe before making these missions useable, but since the Angevin Empire formation is triggered by the parliament, I think it is stackable with the Lotharingia formation which is formed by event. So you could form any number of non-end game tag nations, as usual, then form any end game tag, then form Lotharingia (antoher endgame tag), then form the Angevin Empire (another end game tag). You could also swap the order of those last two, depending on whose missions you'd rather have.

Before France got their ridiculous mission tree, this trick was done with the Netherlands, as Burgundy can form it without the culture requirements. We did this basically just for the restoration of union CB on England/GB.
