@twentytwo1382 жыл бұрын
@@Mrmatthew4338 No man, you got it completely wrong.. I'm not one of those people that complain about parking, i don't even complain about kids yelling, i never complain about anything and i live my life normally. I just don't like the sound of kids or any people yelling and screaming. And if someone would call the cops after 22:00 hours they would have every right. Or if someone played loud music near residential buildings after 22:00 you could call the cops. Just trying to give a small example to compare. When i was younger i was doing lots of things like that, bothering other people and doing pranks.. When the security or police escorted me out, i just accepted it and moved on. Police would even tell us to leave the playground after midnight, after searching us 15-year olds. When i celebrated my 18-th birthday on a beach, a security from the local apartments told us off and he was threatening with police. We didn't even play loud music, it was just ''the protocol'' you simply accept it and move on, you can't fight the law or private properties. (and yes, the beach belongs to a private corporation that owns hotels, apartments etc.) The security guards are doing their job. They have a commander/boss who tells them to kick the DJ out and they have to do it. Otherwise they would lose their job. Would you prefer if they get fired just because of music? Don't blame the guards and think they're bellends. Actually they were very nice and professional, they just escorted him out like a proper security should. It was the DJ causing the drama, accusing the guard of touching his girlfriend, saying they are breaking his equipment etc.. In my country he would not pass so lightly. The security wouldn't hesitate touching his equipment and pulling him off by his jacket. They wouldn't even care if the equipment gets broken. They could even beat you without consequences, and their word would be taken first in the court. They are almost like police. When we were kids, a couple of us friends went to an outdoors swimming pool at night. The pool belonged to a hotel and we were not allowed. But we still went in. We were quiet, calm and stealthy, we didn't do anything. But the security caught us and he grabbed my friend and threw him on the floor and did a headlock choke. They also threw his bluetooth speaker in the ocean, but the speaker wasn't even playing music. The speaker costed around 100€. We were kids, maybe 16 years old. What can you do? He's the authority.. Maybe you can pull off your camera, record and sue him. But we are not the Tiktok generation and we didn't record every single moment of our life back then. And we are not raised like that.. You went into the pool and you were not supposed to, in the law's eyes you are guilty and they can say anything to defend. Maybe you're one of those 30-40 years old who think they're still 15? Do you have a ''Never grow up'' tattoo? Do you make Tiktok videos trying to fit in with the youngsters? I think you're very immature and childish for thinking like that. And i'm 26 years old, i'm not an old grandpa like you thought. Fun is great in boundaries and at certain age. But once you're not a teenager it's time to slow down. When someone tells you to stop, you accept it and move on. You don't try to be rebellious and start a revolution. And the DJ could have talked to the mall first, ask for permission, offer some advertising and mutual business. Maybe they could've allow him to play music for couple of hours. And don't get me wrong, i usually like Suat and i'm subbed to this channel, it's fun. But i see no point in arguing with security, it's a private property and some rules should be accepted. Otherwise you just look like an immature bellend as well. Try going to a private restaurant and playing loud music. You would be kicked out even if the customers enjoy your music. It's simply the owner's rules that you should respect. If the owner didn't hire you for performance, you can't just jump in and do your thing. Imagine if the world would follow your logic, you would have people in your backyard camping and partying on your lawn ''because it's fuunnnnn, woohooo!!''
@Mrmatthew43382 жыл бұрын
@@twentytwo138 @Ap Yt buddy! thanks for such a lengthy reply! Firstly, I'm sorry to hear about your birthday and the incident at the pool. From your comments you seem like a very considerate and polite person. I'm sure you would have left the pool and the beach without disturbances so in my opinion you should have been allowed to stay and have fun. I mean, would you and your friends having a dip in the night make it impossible for the owners to enjoy it the next day? I don't have a tick tock or the tattoo you mentioned but I do believe we should all be entitled to question authority. To obey rules blindly just because they're the rules, is how you end up in a dictatorship. As for private security and their rights to get physical, let's discuss the man that assaulted your friend at the pool. What sort of grown man attacks a child and breaks his toys? Should we really give this type of man a job that validates and excuses his behaviour? Like you said, it's his job to get you off the property but, don't you think he could have achieved that without the violence and mindless destruction? Should the state and yourself really defend this man's right to earn money while enacting his excessive and vicious behaviour? You say in a world where everyone followed my logic we'd have people partying in my garden because it's fun whoooooooo! But, in a world where everyone behaved as you've suggested we'd still have slaves because they would have just accepted it, as it was, 'the protocol.' Some rules are essential for us to live in a safe, polite society but often rule makers get excessive while chasing profits. Are you aware of the saying: power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely? Ooo we've got far from a man running round a shopping centre playing house music haven't we!? I'm enjoying our debate though and I genuinely mean no offence. I don't know where in my previous comment you got the idea I thought you were a grandad but I didn't. I did get a bit sarcastic though and for that I apologize. I look forward to your response

You my friend, a hero amongst the masses. Keep doing your thing man, I'm sure you bring more smiles on the daily than annoyance. He clearly did not have a permit, why would they chase him out. @@happyguy201 They're actually breaking the law by physically removing him the way they are. Security guards in the UK does not have any more legal powers than your normal citizen. Sure, they can perform a citizen's arrest if required - but there's no crime that has been committed so there's no grounds for a citizen's arrest. Would it be OK if members of the public dragged him out the way these dickheads did? No? Well guess what, you and me have just as much authority as a security guard does, or the security guard has as just as little authority as we do - whichever way you want to spin it.

@@lahtin3n I agree with you on citizen's arrest and power things however the law doesn't need to be broken for you to remove an unwanted person off the premises just like if an unwanted person in your house is not leaving than you can use reasonable for e to remove them it's the same with shops and shopping centres. Once you are told to leave and unwanted and don't leave than reasonable for e would be used to remove you off the premises by the the owner or his rep(staff or security).
