Не сказал бы , но он очень хороший сеттер, у Панкова получше, но все равно обидно, что он сидел на скамейке , он мастер скидок

He really uses full advantage of his height & reach. He just loves dumping the ball. One thing that I noticed from him is that, his Jump Set is a bit awkward. Compared to other setters, it's like he's striding midair. His feet is just far apart. The thumbnail kinda threw me off. Is it normal for the tape to be that tight? His right hand turned red! 😨

Correct. I commented something like this in another video a couple of years ago. He has a unique style for setting that nobody else had. And I say because last year I saw another setter using Kovalev's technique. I do not remember his name or team, though.
