Most Pakistani speakers don't have the adaab of giving speach. They get emotional and loud very quickly.

Most of the Indian/ pak scholars have not learned public speaking and the rules applied to public speaking. Speaking loudly does not make a speaker impressive and effective. Have asked engineer many times to go and spend two years in Madinah to learn respectable way of talking to people.
