In this tech episode we talk about remote Pair Programming, the difference between pairing and mobbing, remote Mob Programming, strong-style pairing or mobbing, communication when you pair or mob, benefits, pitfalls, and how COVID has affected remote pairing and mob programming.
If you have questions on pairing, feel free to post them in comments, we'll try to answer them for ya!
