Agile in Data - Data Mesh Roundtable

My question is ... if there are multiple business units like Consumer, Enterprise , Whole sale and all of them are interested in common domains like SALES, BILLING, PAYMENTS etc. how should we take it with respect to best for data products... Can these domain SALES, BILLING be created in away to serve all business units.. Will this make it centralized again ... ? i think it will become domain oriented like domains on top of centralized data base. how we can define domains in this case
