Good point. The price is fixed for the fixed scope. If they increase scope the price will also increase. In waterfall requirements are clear and scope is not altered so the cost is fixed for the initially agreed scope.

@Vanna_22 Agile is a Mindset based on 12 Principles and 4 Agile Values. Whereas Scrum, Kanban, XP are methods or ways of delvering Agile based on what is the focus of work, if it is projects we use Scrum, if it is Continuous work we use Kanban, if it is Simplifuing the way we code complex software the we use XP. @1:00:00 why stories of SCRUM framwork. this not new requirements, just update or scalability of code.

@shahidsoc it means - In XP there are few "practices" like in Scrum: User Stories, Demo, Decompose the work from requirements (Epics to user stories to tasks), incremental delivery and iterative delivery. Then you have XP specific practices like Themes, Quality, weekly iterations slack, pair programming etc to ensure you focus on improving the quality of code.
