@mpsalman3 Scrum was primarily started to manage IT Projects effectively. If you are already in IT industry then I would highly recommend you to do CSM certification from Scrum Alliance. If you are not from IT industry, then you can still learn about scrum and apply the learnings, my videos cover many things about scrum that will be helpful for you to work. If you are not from IT and want to move to IT, then just CSM certification will not be sufficient. You can do CAPM certification from PMI and then CSM and then apply for Scrum Masters or IT Project coordinators role to start with. All the best for your career and thanks for watching my videos.

In addition try to know some IT terms or jargons on release management or Dev Ops. If you are looking for a role a scrum master or project coordinator then Just CSM certification will not be sufficient to get the job. You can do CAPM certification or PMP from PMI and then CSM and then apply for Scrum Masters or IT Project coordinators role(if you have less than 5 years of experience) to start with. @WaqarDesai you will need to invest time yourself in learning IT terminologies and project management terms if u want to get into IT project mgmt. If u want to become an IT engineer then I would recommend doing a front end development training for at least 500 hours from a reputed training provider and I can shift.
