Thanks Bhanu . A very informative vedio on agile . I have few questions to ask. 1. when we say that many of the company follows 4 cycles FF1,FF2,FF3,Code freeze. so here from the cycle it means 4 Sprint ? 2. Normally we perform automation for regression testing.so during each cycle when we do automation testing after funtional testing are we actually testing new features by automation ? 3. retrospect meetings are done after each cycle or after the release ? Looking fwd for ur response. Thanks again for a well explained vedio on agile .

Once in sprint 1 dev team finishes coding 10user stories....How can test engineer access it.. Using URL in test server??or How will qe know which module to test functionally or automate.. Can u plz tell this??

another question that I have is if the funtional testing has happened and say we found some bug.so when it is reported to developers and once it is fixed. The retesting of the funtionality will happen. so still do we have enough time to do automation on the same feature or stories ?

bug has no relation with automation, bugs means some output is not coming as per expected..so your automation scripts remains same..

It always depends on what the bug is whether it's minor or major and what is the impact of the bug on the system. If the Impact is major and on overall functionality then run the regression automation suite.

Test deliverables completely dependent on sprint planning. lets says if we decided to release 5 story we will deliver stories, sometimes it goes as backlog, if team is not able to deliver the planned story in sprint.

Test Deliverables are the artifacts which are given to the stakeholders of software project during the software development lifecycle. There are different test deliverables at every phase of the software development lifecycle. Some test deliverables are provided before testing phase, some are provided during the testing phase and some after the testing cycles is over.
