Hi! Great video! It was really helpful, maybe you can help me. I want to know how can I copy a story without it changing the end date, I dont know why but if the original story has for example end date on 10/10/23, the end date in the copy is set to today. Thanks!

Hi there, great question! It's a bit challenging without looking directly at your environment, but I would start by having a ServiceNow Admin or Developer investigate the Copy Story UI Action and possibly modifying the script there to set the end date to whichever date you'd like. Hope that helps!

Does stories/epics exist in SPM Standard, or do you need SPM Pro?

Thank you for your feedback! Well-written stories are easy to understand by all developers and members of team members, such as Testing or Documentation. Stories enable the assignment group to accurately estimate the effort required to implement the work according to the definition of done. With all due respect - when a video is named "tips and tricks" - I expect a little more than the basics that anyone would figure out in a couple of minutes themselves through playing with it or by reading docs. There were no tricks here - at best maybe a tip or two.
