Thanks for sharing this it was nice. About the WIP limit in round 3 I guess the team should define the WIP limit based on what they learned from round 1 and 2 as it is mentioned in the Game play "Take everything you learning from round 1 and 2 and bring it all together"

Yep, I labeled this “we tried”, because I felt we didn’t do this as much Justice as I would have liked as a “standard to replicate” still I hope it provided value. I’m always growing and learning and if you learned from any of my mistakes facilitating then I hope that is valuable as well. -keep on learning.

The WIP in gather ingredients I think is really about the order of operations. Which ingredients do you pull first? You should pull 3 crusts first, once those crusts are pulled, then you pull them into the assemble column. Then you pull three sauces, then the sauces get pulled into the assemble column onto the pizzas, then the three pepperonis, then three hams, etc.

Thanks for the template and save the experience!, I think should be better do "manually" the ingredients, prohibiting copy/paste. Because is easier copy/paste and tend to not think do a lot ingredients like in notVirtual sesions

Good call out Nicolas! The ingredients should be done manually. If anyone is reading this, the activity is much more interesting if you have to manually create the circles and objects/ingredients. If you are going to play this game you should facilitate it that way 😀 Hope it still brought value! I love these kinds of insights. Keep them coming!!!

@@tanyacherkashina5142 Well hopefully it still gave you an idea of how it could be played... maybe some ideas of what not to do as well lol. It was one of my first videos and attempts. maybe we will redo it at some point.
