It is not Agnipath scheme. It is contract basis security guard scheme. Because 1. Army not able to give effective training to contract person. ( Current training period was near about 1 1/2 years). 2. In last year ( 4th year of their period they not put interest in nation they put only in future) 3. If war declare then the Agnipath person will run away from battle field. Because they want to save their family first and also they know about army equipments which not able to use in battle field. Because maximum of Tank Engine will cease after continues run of 10 kms. Now a days they only make paintings and make the people fool. 4. In four years period first year used in training and last year the not make interest. Only two years they serve in 50 percentage interest. 5. They now will put in 4 years. So they not obey the army rules and regulations also they not obey the superior order. Overall army discipline will put in dustbin. 6. The govt just waste the amount for buying second hand used aircraft and Tanks form other country and they corruption will increase. 7.There is no difference between Govt selecting the Agnipath person and terrorist selection. Govt was only giving minimum amount of the defence budget money to soldier they use maximum money to purchase the second hand used equipments and making corruption. They want to increase the corruption in the way of Agnipath and make the army as police (only they know to use gun)

It's an early adolescent age, what you decide in that duration shapes your future. What if you are thrown out as part of 75%, you have 2 options 1. If you have 10th certificate, complete your school till 12th and then complete your degree and then search for a job. This will cost you more than 12 lacs in current inflation. 2. Use 11 lacs to start a business, does army teaches how to run a business? 3. Join a job with 10th certificate or 12th certificate, in that case they may earn only 6000 to 8000 pm. Correct if I am wrong, does anyone pays 40000 for 12th passed out? As of my understanding, these boys are from poor background or middle class, they need to feed their family too.

I pursued my graduation in Madhya Pradesh and 70% of my classmates are govt job enthusiasts (out of that 30% have joining army as dream from schooling age itself). Rough percentage figures applicable to other states because I visited other states (to friends home, tours, weddings) like Rajasthan, UP, Bihar where the scenario is almost same. Before entering college I used to make fun of vadakkans but after getting to know their perseverance in clearing govt exams stunned me. They may exploit schooling exams and results but after 12th, most of them become serious about exams that's the reason we see many North Indians in various central govt jobs at TamilNadu itself. Out of my 8 years North Indian experience, many parents, uncles asked and made fun of my private company Job because there is no security, they treated me like unemployed person in some places. All they believe and work for is govt job which pays pension. For that life security they put lot of efforts (Hope atleast one agneepath supporter can understand why they are so much against agneepath - cancelling pension). Moreover about jobs after expelling from army, security jobs are all over and yeah already many central govt colleges have ex-army people as securities and security commanders. But that situation will become worse at younger age - if Any agneepath supporter could imagine this situation after 10 years and analyse the reality report of ex-military employment levels they would call-off this change. #Call_of_agneepath
