I love watching your videos and they are really helping put the Bismark together. Thank you for all your hard work. You make it look so easy and it isn't. I have a question about both radars in pack 4. I have put them together but I'm afraid I did something wrong. One of the radars spins around in circles( the one with the black radar attached in front), and the other radar has about an eighth of an inch of play in it. I thought from previous packs that once you hooked up the motor that nothing should move except by the motor. Have I screwed up or not. I don't want to go forward until I know if it is okay.

@@robmetke8090 lots of people have that problem. The shaft inside is too short and needs lifting slightly

Just onto box 4 today. It took me best part of several hrs over l the last saturday and sunday to get the motor and the gears to work on the anchors...... After several attempts of removing the PCB and the motor and the gear housing i finally got it to work.... Great build......

Nice to see you are still doing good Wayne! I'm still on stage 3, and trying to figure out why my motor from part 14 is shaking the whole kit apart. She is also growing much more quickly than I expected, she already is too big to be built on my normal desk, and have moved to the kitchen table

"There is a chance that they'll ping off in all directions" Thus far, I never had them ping off while cutting, but I had some fly away while holding them with my tweezers. Good luck finding a grey piece on my grey wood floor... Luckily I did find all.

I just add a small bit of marking tape in almost all of the pieces that I know that will end up airborne. It saved me from insanity when I had to attach the new ankor rings

I honestly was enjoying building this until this segment where you have to shape these rails. These should be already shaped to be put on. Also why are many photo etched ready while others have to be cut out? And you can see after cutting them the raw metal so you have to touch up.

Just a question wayne: When you put the plastic decking on, is it possible to put over the top of it, the Scale Decks 1:200 for Bismarck which includes the U know what? (I wont say it due to You Tube rules) .... As the scale decks actually has a more realistic look to it rather the staggered formation that the decks have on now.

Wonder what the part count/ statistics for your builds would be: Metal parts: 200 Plastic parts: 1000 Photo etched: 2500 Motors/ electronics/ wiring: 100 Hours spent assembling: 1000 Bottles of Kraken consumed: - 1 pirate shipload Pots of glue used: half a case # Injuries suffered: 3- lost 2 fingers & an eyebrow # Swear words uttered: Nuns are coming with a bar of soap # of times shipments got delayed/ lost/ double ordered: at least DeAgostini/ Eaglemoss don't manage luggage for airlines.... Completion at the end: Priceless "We make mistakes, so you don't have to!" ~ World of Wayne

This model is so much easier to build then the original Bismark model kit that was from wood.

@@WorldofWayneUK - After close to two decades I am yet to finish her or start the Hood. I have the U-96, two Lancaster bombers and 3x 1:16 Tiger 1 tanks that I need to build. Unlike these newer kits they all have to be painted.

I am pretty sure you are biulding2 Bismarcks , with that being said are you going to weather them? Add paint to them just so they don't look so shinny, and new? If so that would be wroth watching not that watching you build them now is bad . Maybe do rigging and weathering . Just curious what the end plans are .

The picture of the Bismark you use is not the model , more busy work showing the same. Do u an actual finished model . I can't see anyone being that foolish buying a models that no one has seen finished .
