You make the fitment look easy, many times I've had to pre-drill holes to accommodate smaller parts.

Can't go wrong with this quality model. Concern was shown for broken gearstick but as stated else where the magic of editing saved it.

Just ordered the cobra... got the accelerated starter pack... I cant wait to start it when it arrives! This will also be my first venture into this world. I love die cast but just recently discovered these style builds (Thanks to you Wayne). lol. I love that Agora will ship world wide... I just wish eaglemoss did the same. It saddens me that I cant get the eaglemoss cars in my country.

Thanks Wayne! I just got Pack 5 about a week or so ago, so I'll be looking forward to doing this! On the wiring, I found it helpful to keep a bottle of white glue on hand. The numbers may not want to stay folded up on the wires, especially as you get near the end and you need to start attaching things. I learned this when trying to build DeAgostini's 1/8 '67 Shelby and I had several wires I had to "retrace" to figure out what goes where. BTW, I've been saving your videos for future reference in case I get bogged down on a particular step. Can't wait till they send the body.........that should be coming up in the not too distant future! :)

Hi Wayne... just finished the latest video of the Shelby Cobra... one of my favorite cars of all time.... The shoulder harness in the passenger seat is not correct... the tabs should both face in to the center of the seat...Huge fan of the channel. Can’t wait to see the XKE...Thanks for showing us a beautiful model...Have a good day.

Yep. If you notice there is some continuity errors in this. I made them correct by the end but while.putting them in they were the wrong way round

Is there anyway to compare costs vs what you get on these builds? I guess I see the Ecto 1 as both big and intricate, but the Cobra as fairly simple. Also, collectibility is a key too I think. I think a “standardized” comparison might make sense, as few out here can afford to build all. Just saying..,,,,,

Wait, we'll keep the big plastic connecting the belts laying on top of the seats? That doesn't look very accurate. EDIT: I stand corrected, those seem be leather flaps in the original car.

Just saw that from Eaglemoss. Interesting enough, months ago I spoke to a young lady from there asking them about doing a ‘63 Corvette split window coupe. She said that sounded very interesting and she’d put it up for suggestions. I guess the ‘58 was what they decided on, but until I can count on them to not be so wonky on how they send out parts with endless delays, I’m afraid I’ll have to pass on this one. 😟

Yeah I know what you mean about not reliable with the issues of parts they gave me hell on the DeLorean time machine that I wanted more than anything so I got the ecto1 instead I wanted the ecto1 but not as bad as the DeLorean that is my dream car because it was made in the 80’s and my birth year is right at 1980 so yeah this DeLorean is my car I wished I had the DeLorean not time machine just plain DeLorean

They need to get it together and start regular shipping of the other items they are waaaaaaay behind on. 😡 I’ve been waiting since JUNE of last year for getting parts on a regular basis for the 1/8 ‘55 Mercedes 300SL I’ve been trying to build. I’m about to throw in the towel on that one.

@@plastiksurgeon9129 Here in the US, I think part of it has to do with their means of shipping. For me at least, it has been DHL transferred to USPS. The way DHL works, they go by a number of parcels consolidated and then transfer the whole pile to USPS. From what I've heard, they generally also toss something resembling a potato sack out of the truck on the USPS dock. So no wonder they get a reputation for taking forever as well as damaged. I've been waiting a week for something and it just now made it to Philadelphia today. I could expect another week from there to where I live via USPS. I intend on asking them soon if alternative shipping means are open for negotiation. I'd be more than happy to pay more to get it handled by Fed-Ex or something.

I find your builds somewhat interesting and the Agora assemblies are impressive . I did notice something the other day. I went back to part 1 of your Bismarck build. What are your thoughts that you have been working on it since Feb 2019? That’s a long time not to be done yet with a large financial commitment to the build.
