Nice, I was holding off on building mine until I could get accurate colors to paint the incorrect pieces. I haven’t had a chance to read through the material that came with the shipment yet, is that where they let you know that the pieces will be replaced? Or did someone that is further along with the build tell you?

I'm at pack 20 with the same model being which is being sold through Hatchette. With pack 20 you get a nicely presented Titanic pocket watch. Having previously built a Trumpeter 1/200 model of the Titanic it will give me a certain amount of guidance, but as always I'll watch your excellent guidance throughout this current build.

Hey Wayne, something you may want to consider. Drill out random port holes, and add fiber optics, or a lighting system. If you do, it's probably something you might want to do while the side panels aren't attached. It'll be tedious as hell, but it'll be 1000% worth it.

The missing yellow line is going to be a sticker/transfer. But if you can I recommend painting it yourself after the hull is fully built for consistency between hull plaits.

Also issue 27 (looking at what hachette is advertising for future issues) looks like it won’t be easy since we build a second engine so we will have to struggle aligning the pistons again, but the future packs look like we will have a lot of cool things to work on, including a anchor system I had no idea was actually going to be working. I’m now hoping for a working rudder too but curious as to how they would be controlled

Looks awesome so far. Just finished shooting my video on my modified Pack 2, and wow, did I have a lot to do. It's funny. Sometimes you think something is going to be very simple, but it turns out to be a little more complicated than you think. Still, I can't complain. It's part of the fun of models. Now I got to finish editing the video. Talk about ANOTHER simple thing where there's a lot to do. I suppose, in a way, making videos and building models are kind of similar.

i got issue 1 and 2 from my local newsagency. Then i started to question it since i prefer the benefits if i subscribed to hatchette partworks. i'm kinda hesitant on gluing anything on that forecast since i don't even know what's gonna be changed in 140 stages. i heard they messed up alot in issue 1. maybe it was rushed out to publishers before they had the chance to paint things. Lol

Actually the Olimpic was finished before and did have her maiden trip to New York and back to Liverpool while the Titanic was still in its ending stages, its said that the Olimpic was renamed as Titanic as tickets were all sold out, but is a old superstition against changing original ship names and bad luck, very bad luck in this case!

Let's hope they don't make the same mistake as the bismark when doing the rigging hope they put the anchors for rigging early rather than at the end so stuff don't ping off

This is a very celebrated failure of a ship. Have you seen the Lego version of the Titanic? It's incredibly detailed and has working engines too. It's massive and looks beautiful if you have the room to display it.

Mines still in the box cause of not having anywhere to put it thanks to the other 13 Lego models strewn around the living room 😂. Working on putting stuff I don't use in storage to make room for it and the Lambo I got. Have you seen the light kits for it?

hello Wayne I went to the site in agora model and they say that they ship for EU this there comment 'Yes, we deliver to anywhere in Europe. Your Packs will usually be sent from our warehouse in Austria so you will not occur any import duties within the EU. ' this not true i ordered the Bismarck full pack and they send it from uk , now I have to pay the import duties.

a whole lot of them parts are not painted right the chain guides were black on the ships and the ballards were white with black stripes on the sides some of them had brass makers builders plates on the the winches were a green color as well as a lot of the air vent s and motors !!,

Where can I buy Agora models in Europe. As I'm from Malta . Germany and France are more expensive than UK . But from UK thay charge me the customs there is another site where I can buy them.

OK Wayne, I think I've figured it out....you need to stop trying to build Wooden Ships. You tried to do the Victory, and DeAgostini's "Model-Space" went under. You signed up for the wooden Titanic from Eaglemoss, and now we've got that to deal with. There are just some things people have bad luck with....for example, I can't own a GM car...they try to kill me.

Hi Wayne, made the mistake of issue 8 throwing the box out and it had all the plastic parts in it, just got another one so always check those boxes before binning 🤣🦘🇦🇺👍❤️
