I’m dealing with irrational thoughts now. I freaked out in the car driving worst panic attack ever months ago and now I don’t trust myself to drive. I keep thinking what if I crash on purpose? Lose control? Crazy thoughts like that and they’re scaring me to death and I won’t drive. It’s driving me crazy being stuck in the house.
