I know exactly how you feel with the feelings of hopelessness. My anxiety keeps going in cycles of suddenly getting really bad and then even going anywhere out the house feels awful 😮‍💨 almost 30 and the panic/agoraphobia hasn’t improved overall greatly

I'm sorry to hear that, Ellie. The cycles can be a lot and it can be so jarring to go from generally good to that debilitating fear again. Sending you love while you navigate this period of new (and uncomfortable) growth. ❤️

Hi Lauren, I'm sorry to hear that things are tough right now. This illness sucks and I often wish I could be ignorant to what a panic attack or agoraphobia even is. Thanks for being honest, it does make me feel a little less alone as my anxiety has really worsened the past few months. It's so frustrating, especially when others around me don't understand anxiety and have little patience. But I'm taking the small wins where I can get them and I hope you are as well. Thank you for helping me feel not so alone.

Thank you, Zoe ❤️ Things have improved over here, I always find that it ebbs and flows and some days its trickier than others to ride the waves. It sure helps to know there are people who get it, though. Like you, I find it really frustrating when impatience and lack of understanding from others can impact how I experience my own 'setbacks'. I'm glad you're celebrating the small wins, and I hope you're giving yourself lots of grace, too. It's always a season!
