Honestly in something like this, the benefit is negligible. But you really feel the use of the triple in baroque/early classical high horn parts and some contemporary music too

@@ScottLegerHorn Wow. When I started horn (recently), treble C seemed high. Now the G above the staff seems high. I can hit it somewhat reliably, but I’m still intimidated when I see it coming. Does that pattern continue? In other words, is your embouchure now so conditioned that high notes are a matter of course? What would you say is the most important aspect of technique for being able to play them relatively “easily”. By the way, I know the triple horn doesn’t actually make high notes “easier” terms of the support and embouchure strength required. It just improves accuracy.
