Education is so important, so thank you for this great news feed that is very helpful for farmers. Also include clips on government funding resources, or business development for agriculture, so that cultivators learn MORE, Why not join forces with veterinarians, or suggest products or machinery products to help farmers. Great videos:) You could also create a financial stream by promoting great products, for a fee, or connecting with area communities to invite them to rural events.

In 2016 we have dropped our Wishek disc with 13 inch spacing, down to the layer below our topsoil. In our case this is a clay layer underneath lighter sandy/loam black topsoil. By mixing it together we made "weaker" topsoil. But because we hog manure those acres, we increase the thickness of our topsoil layer, in hopes that the process increases yield over time. We did this again after the mud harvest of 2019 in order to close ruts. Now in fall 2021 we will see after harvest if we can still come up with a little clay or whether our top soil has grown beyond the depth of our discs and soil tests confirm the quality our efforts. Is this the right approach or should we be putting our effects into a stronger(richer) topsoil layer, not just a deeper layer?

It all depends on your soil type and composition....sandy vs clay

How does a hardpan (not a plowpan) differ from a fragipan and can both be fixed by deep tillage? In some soils will the fragipan reoccur naturally?

Ok hear me out if someone did subsoiling and than planted over the strips would that corn or soybeans turn out good as the roots can go deep where the subsoiler went through previously?

I want to do deep tillage so that i can loosen the soil for the roots to grow freely and also prepare my land for no-till system. I need you people's opinion. Do you think its a right decision?

Do deep tillage create soil compaction? Or it reduces compaction

In my state, if you do not no till, even one farm or many you farm, you are not illegible for any subsidies that my be available. Is that not the case where you are?

The soil all across this country has been tilled to death many tons of valuable topsoil has been lost due to it we used molboard plows back in the day always behind a good heavy covercrop such as winter rye or vetch tho

So much wrong here. Either pound ground or go notill. Compaction - stay out when it's not fit

In some areas sure, but every operation is different. In my area we have a lot of high bushel corn, and the residue is insane, you just need to get at it with something a little deeper sometimes
