Why some tractor don't have PTO ? Im not a farmer, so im just curious. Isn't the PTO like one of the main things on the tractors ?

Because those type of tractors are built for pulling, so you can choose to not mount PTO if you don't need it anyway if you need PTO you cab add it as an optional :)

It's much worse not to have back linkage ,which tractors of these types usually not have,like John Deere for example.

Because tractors this size don't usually do any pto work.Pto is optional on this tractor.Tractors of this size are meant for pulling

This thing was built long before JCB even existed as a company.Not this particular model of course,but this concept was built in the 60's.Kirovets was the first tractor to use equal size tyres in the front and rear
