They were well ahead of the main makes on the market at that time by a long way front suspension was an option if I remember correctly

Great video. Fabulous restoration and customisation… excellent narration and detailed explanation. Only someone who worked the tractor brand and lived the history could have explained the story so well. John, do up another tractor when you retire.

Top job you made a great job off that tractor I'm not a zetor fan myself where I come from zetors aren't popular Massey country if she's not red leave her in the shed like the saying goes

Lovely job. I'm a zetor fanatic myself. Just wondering would the gears in the back axle have to be changed to accommodate the 40 km gear box

John Lovely Job Would you be related to Seamus if so I used to get parts for a Bizon combine that we had in the early 80 s , Had a 8011 and a 12011 + other Zetors for a few years we found them to be a reliable tractor and as you said ahead of there time One day when I am Back there I might pop in and say hello Mick Phelan ex Ballacolla now Western Australia
