How hard is it to build strength as a contortionist?

Christian Lake It’s really hard! Everyday workouts, but I like it. To be strong, needed to eat lot of protein, to be flexible, better to be vegetarian

@@vellovaher Do you think giving up meat makes a big difference with flexibility? I haven't found any difficulty with strength since going vegan, but I really want to get more flexible. How often and how long can I stretch to get into contortion?

Christian Lake I do usually every day three hours training, one hour to be strong and two hours for flexibility. People are different, but anyway I recommend to practice every single day!

@@vellovaher oh, and have you experienced any joint or tendon issues from contortion? I am trying to look into this as much as possible before I jump into it haha
