The word"Haegeum" has a double meaning. On one side, it’s a traditional Korean string instrument that he uses for the track but it also means "“allowing/unlocking something that was forbidden” or lifting a prohibition. THANKS FOR REACTING!!

The hanging out the window of the police car is also a reflection of the fact in the first song of this trilogy of songs entitled 'Daechwita' where he arrive's at the court of the mad tyrant Emperior with his hommie's in a car and he's hanging he head of the car window while Rapping.

Yay, been waiting for your Agust D reactions. You guys have seen Daechwita, this is a continuation. Suga explained that’s the order of the trilogy, Daechwita, Haegum, Amygdala. And of course to appreciate these masterpieces, us non Korean speakers must watch for the lyrics and rewatch for all the details and messages out into the video. In Daechwita it was the bad king and the commoner, it’s similar in this where there’s the corrupt detective (or someone in power) and a lower citizen. The key differences here that ties in the storylines is that in Daechwita both of them had scars, this time one had a scar (which is more healed than the last time) and the last Agust D standing had no scar. It’s as if signifying the end of that saga of fighting the bad/corrupt. And notice both times the people with the king/detective actually was in on it helping him overthrow.

Thank you for reacting to Suga’s Haegum MV! I saw Suga/Agust D in Chicago/Rosemont on 5/3 & 5/6 D Day concert. He slayed! This was the opening song & it was fire with a live band and all. Still recovering from the “Suga” rush! He’s so versatile 💜💜💜
