Both get 28 stars total ... Corsa gets 4 overall, but Pista gets 5 overall - why? Because it’s more expensive?! 🙃 And the Corsa is literally designed to be more comfortable (and quieter) than the Pista ... 😏

While both earn a total of 28 stars in this case, the GP RR came out on top due to its higher star average, while the Corsa R was slightly lower. As far as noise, though the Corsa R did come out quieter (105dB compared to the Pista's 107dB), it was still on the noisier side of the spectrum. For comfort, both helmets also did well, but the Pista GP RR's liner did come out a little more advanced due to the adjustable features while using the same Shalimar fabric as the Corsa. However, to be fair to the Corsa R, its interior is better suited to everyday riding since it's reversible depending on the temperature. Thanks for the question! Honestly, I will choose Corsa R for daily riding rather than pista gp rr, the design of inner lining of Corsa R is really helpful when getting cold or hot.

Comfort could be down to riders head shape.

For comfort we try to avoid a judgement based on the head shape and instead try to focus on the quality and feel of the helmet's interior and liner. Though in the end head shape does have some impact on the comfort and this is a bit harder to measure, the comfort of an entry level helmet will still be very different to that of a premium helmet

If the Corsa R is 4 stars out 5, ALL the other helmets on the market must be 3 stars or lower.

The Corsa R is an excellent helmet from AGV, and though it didn't earn 5 stars it still performed very well out on the road. Thanks for the comment! What are your thoughts on the AGV helmet?

Champion Helmets The wind noise is terrible, even with ear plugs on. Everything else is perfect.
