For years I’ve been looking for a JGB live release of a show with this track. My favorite King Floyd tune. It has to be due to copyright issues because it’s the funkiest tune Jerry and Merl ever performed live. Piracy be damned than!

It's just the name that those 5 musicians chose to name there band at that time....There was also Reconstruction, and of course JGB along with numerous acoustic incarnations that Jerry played in.
