One of the way to save yourself from evil spirits , ghosts is to wake up 3 hours before sunrise, wash face, legs feet or best take full body shower and sit in a clean space and start chanting "Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru". After finishing chanting for minium 30 minutes ask the God to protect you and release this evil sipirt. Countinue same process until the evil powers gone.
