Jinwoo does a lot of boss-like of things besides randomly adopting someone to be his little brother, like summoning one of his shadows to ride to move forward when he doesn't feel like walking. I also like the fact that we still see why he's trying to get the elixer of life to show why he's fighting.

Loved this episode in how it did build up it various characters like Jinho. Who Jin-Woo accepted as his little brother after that Jinho wished that he was his big brother. Which was sweet to see, as well how his connection to Jim-woo is going to make it. So that Jinho’s dad would allow him to take a guild in his family’s name instead of his older brother place. Then I got to say I did not expect Jim-woo dad to be reveal this episode. And he seems just as able to be badass as his son, when he beat up that S ranker for talking shit about his son. Which caused a whole city block to be leveled as a result of that. What I also loved seeing was those scenes with Cha Hea-in where she was swimming and getting out of the pool. As she is so beautiful and hot so I fully enjoyed those scenes and the cake that I was offered🍑🥰

I think the father making an issue of Jinwoo being the main reason the 20 raids were successful was in response to the homie telling his dad he should lead the guild because his brother plans on making an outsider the guild leader and he saw it as dangerous to rely so heavily on someone outside the family... so the dad comes back with a "gotcha" response by pointing out that he is *almost* doing the same (the difference being he will be leader as opposed to the powerful outsider being the leader like would happen if the older bro's plan is picked)

The major difference between Avaricious and Metus is that Avaricious was a powerhouse - a STR, AGL, VIT build - whereas Metus was a straight INT build. As Jin-Woo noted when wringing about becoming a Necromancer, he doesn't have the normal necromancer build, being high STR/AGL assassin build. In the light novel, Jin-Woo could buy bread and water from the shop - he left because his week was up, and he needed equipment to survive the higher floors.

When it comes to Sung Jinwoo adopting Yoo Jinho, I think it might be Korean cultural thing; I vaguely recall the "sworn brother" concept and I'm not sure it's exactly that, but they do seem to have this "chosen sibling" relationships. Also, I remember you planned to watch Ishura S2 (even if you don't feature it on the channel), so might just as well leave it here: Solo Leveling S2 ending is such an Un Apex, Ishura S2 opening is the True Peak!

I was expecting a calmer episode this week as we relax from the insanity that was last week but nope... They continue it. It wasn't as crazy as last week but the world building and the character interactions were peak. DADDY WOO... Are you kidding me... He returned from getting the milk. Absolutely incredible... He packed up Hwang is seconds just confirming what a FRAUD he is. He couldn't even beat up and old man coming from the gate and hasn't seen the world in a full 10 years. But I guess like father like son is valid in this case. Because both of them have aura. And can we talk about our man Jinho... His relationship with his family is so sad. His father is a strick ass and his brother is an ass wipe but Jinwoo actually "adopted* him as a little brother which made it all the more wholesome and I was happy for the guy. We had gooner bait with Cha Hea-in in the pool 😂 She is hot but keep it in your pants guys come on. I also do love how consistent this anime is with its usage of mechanics... It never gets boring and it never gets forgotten like some stories do. Usually by now... The system wouldn't have been as important as it should be considering he's the only one that can level up but not with this show. Fantastic episode and I can't wait to see the next one... Saturday can't come soon enough.

It's a little thing, but I liked the fact that Jinwoo's dad came back in the US and doesn't speak english. Now I don't know why they didn't send another translator in to talk to him. They were in DC I believe so there has to be translators there, but being dude showed up out of a gate I guess they wanted a strong adventurer there JIC, which did not help at all. Dude obviously gave himself up coming out of the gate, been gone for what 10yrs? Just wants to go home and see his family, and gets hit with this douche that threatens his son...... Bad move, my guy lived for 10yrs in what were probably interconnected dungeons. Don't know if even Jinwoo is ready for that task

The fight between that avaricious Vulcan had some peak Attack on Titan energy and quality. I really wasn't expecting Jinwoo to not fight this Dongsu asshole. I thought that was gonna be the main plot and I thought Jinwoo was gonna be given more time, because A the dungeon and B because of the association's recall. I also really wonder if his da really is a magical beast, a really good hunter and how Jinwoo will react to finding out that his father is still alive.

generally 75/100 the levels get exponentially harder so not even halfway he saw a red title meaning it's a hard fight wasn't crazy hard but he packed intelligence points? maybe I paused and didn't saw all details one weapon was like 110 attack where barukka gave 60 and weight reduction? set bonus was 5 overall which is 6x5? the food was irl food and he has a shop for items and potions but not food so not entirely logical how often he needs it but yeah, somewhat plausible last time he could tp out, now it wasn't detailed but overall I think it's a solid argument to stop 2/3 items it's plot reasons and he is cautious it was rushed a bit overall good ep

I really liked the episode, but as a reader of the source, I know this could easily have spanned 3 to 5 episodes and not be boring. I haven't read the manhwa adaption, but from what I understand its are is beautiful, but it left a lot out. The anime appears to be following that trend, which I guess manhwa readers appreciate. Source readers sense the missing elements, though.
