@allsubstance3 жыл бұрын
I'm just guessing. I did a search for [Chicago "Palmer chiropractic"] and got a lot of 5-star locations. Then I did a search on the palmer website for grads with gonstead techniques filter and changed the towns to Chicago (this link: www.palmer.edu/alumni/find-a-chiropractor/). It's probably better to use the Palmer search because that's where Dr. McLaughlin and his sister graduated from.

Hi I'm a newbie here, something that intrigued me in this vid was you talking about the slipping of discs taking around 15 years, to show so I being a silly 10/11 yr old went on my roller skates on my wet kitchen floor and fell very hard actually my tail bone hurt for months after it. I wonder if this is partly to do with my slipped discs at 26. I've suffered for 14yrs with my chronic back pain and told I have a degenerative spine, I was told at 29 I had the spine of a 60yo. The scraping you do does the red marks only come out in areas of damage?

I'm just lost. I have tried a few, including one long-time chiropractor, and every session was over in 10 minutes, max. Most of that either on a massage chair, or not at all. I get the fact that insurance dictates where I can go, but I have asked around and am willing to pay for something that might actually help me, and just nothing. Fort Lauderdale here, I just don't get it.

How the hell did that person's back turn red? Is it an immune response? Are there any next steps to treat reddened skin?
@maxlashley56723 жыл бұрын
that tool is a GuaSha, and it helps relieve muscle tension among some other things. The red stuff happens when tiny blood vessels break just beneath the surface of the skin and can happen more if the muscles are tenser I think. It's basically a bruise and there's no cure but just waiting for it to heal which takes about a week just like a regular bruise. (Disclaimer, this has been googled in about 5 minutes and I am far from an expert)
