Hes just a picture perfect ideal gritty role player that is a rare talent to have, being able to do a bit of everything at a more or less high level in any situation. Thats absolutely tremendously valuable in a system like Thibs' system. That's why his numbers when forced into the starting line & esp in the postseason where grittiness, desire, hunger; hustle, heart, & help take a front seat & impact the game 100x more than in reg season while undisciplined, wild transition offense & undefended score-fests & shoot-outs of the reg season exposes many every year come postseason, have been so staggeringly better compared to his past here as well as on other teams, whether in a starting lineup or as a rotation piece. What the postseason does for some stars, exposing them as aforementioned, Josh Hart & a few similar players like him, are like the exact opposite where the postseason makes them the best player they will ever be & dont ever replicate or produce like that on a regular basis thru a reg season. They are almost crucial to most teams winning it all. Not always im sure but most teams have that type of guy or similar if not as impactful
