I always come back to this video I normally do it with salmon since it’s more easily available and I add a bit of oyster sauce with all those other ingredients u mentioned comes out fantastic

I’d say after 3 days I’d start to be cautious. After 3 days I always judge by smell and taste. If it doesn’t smell or taste bad you’re usually ok. But after a week I’d start to get skeptical

I love poke, usually can't get tuna for a descent price around so I use Crab or Salmon instead but I love Tuna and your recipe looks fantastic
