That trick with the plastic bags are better than boxes... i always does a picture from a part before and after so for me its a bit mor easy to remember what parts i need for what section and a number helps me for the box where i put the screws and so on in it. But i will try that plastices next 😅🤣

To be fair, 200hp motors are typically designed for one thing and that’s hard use. Saying that however regularly serviced engines that are rode within sensible standards should last a very long time

Just one valve and out goes the intake side cam shaft,spring, valve and if the sleeve was lined unlike old bikes which is cast iron can be re-bore with larger size piston, this BM cannot, this one would need a whole new block, pistons, rings. Wow, just the cost of replacement parts alone!😆😆

BMW Barang Mahal Weii.ni ke enjin yg bro buat vedio pasal guna minyak hitam murah.... Lantai bersih gileeerrr.. Tak payah pakai kasut.. Mantap pak abu cara ko kerja.. Kemas.tersusun..ni la pertama kali aku nmpk bengkel lantai bersih tak payah pakai kasut.. Apa2 pun holiuaaaa.. Abg syg kamu 😆

I'm guessing that for some reason the valve did not follow the cam profile causing it to stay open while the piston comes to TDC. Maybe the spring broke.

@@laurens1520 As you have mentioned about 'some reason'..now to my mind that 'some reason' became the reason to think about...In my mind i considered two Reasons 1) Manufacturing error on the valve spring 2)Engine Being fired with high rpm for longer period got Overheating which caused the spring to loose its properties and break.

14:27 and 14:30 you need to remember to drain your water from your water catch container and your entire pnuematic system, not good to have or mist or water droplets going onto mechanical parts , weather your taking apart your engine or putting it together, it can damage the engine

This is the most reliable year of the S1K. I’ve had my 2018 for 5 years and it has 50,000 miles on the clock. It’s pretty normal to see these bikes on the S1K forums with 80,000 miles and still going, it’s all about who owned the bike and if they did regular maintenance. I’ve seen cbr1000’s and R1’s need a rebuild at 18,000 miles from abuse, these bikes can take abuse but you need to ride them sensibly.
