It’s crazy cause when I watched the godfathers and d lo and marks interview they all stated he just didn’t get it man etc and if u think about it here’s a guy Vince is pushing to be a champion etc and u got the guys who haven’t really done anything as champions or actually have a push so how could u expect for him to listen to them ? Ahmed stated I did everything I was told to do and what I knew about the business bad wrestler or not performance side but I do believe this man is telling the truth about his side and I do think they were jealous of him them behind the curtain kind of did it for me he’s green and getting a big push by the higher ups come on bro I can imagine them telling the whole locker room who was coming his name and we gnna put him over like of course your an outcast

@@billblaski9523 good, he was happy and actually wanted a copy. He said very happy experiences with owen during his highspots shoot interview that when one listens, would know that owen was a truly genuinely good dude like Ahmed said. It should be on this channel the clip and said he still misses him

Always did and didn't give a fuck what them other niggas said even though I liked them as talent as well. I just know blacks always hated on other blacks in the industry especially when they had that two per territory behind the scenes rule. Shit just don't disappear! Only thing I ain't like about Ahmed was when he let Patt pedo Patterson get him to wear some damn daisy dukes for a photo shoot. No yell

I honestly think they don’t like Ahmed cause he tells the truth and he did his own thing which is what gets u hated from others and that’s what I hear in this interview it be different if he talked about other wrestlers all the damn time but he’s actually giving you reasons to why things happened mind u it’s from his perspective not your fan base mindset that’s set on characters not understanding these guys are real ppl and I do think he faced racism not only cause he said it but be cause teddy confirmed it and I think any other wrestler that was colored were 9 out 10 axx kissers

Kinda looks like Farooq had serious beef with him and everyone blindly chose sides, but yeah d-los versions of events seems pretty suspicious. Feel bad for the guy, everyone knows how foxic the locker room was in 90s
@boogidwnej17919 күн бұрын
Oh yea, Mark Henry, Godfather, Ron Simmons were all “company men” and bootlicks. Did whatever they were told and never got a push. Ahmed comes in, green, doesn’t go along with the crowd and becomes 1st black intercontinental champ and was slated to become wwf champ if not for injury. It was def sone jealousy

Great to hear ahmed put Razor over by saying he helped him by giving him feedback on his matches
@billblaski95238 ай бұрын
Word, Ahmed doesn't have alot of good to say about his former co-workers, he said everyone was jealous of his fast push. But one person he said who wasn't jealous and would actually help him out and give him honest feedback on his matches was Razor

I almost beat the Rocks’ ass at a Waffle House on Williamsburg rd, in Richmond Va in 1997. He backed down, cause he knew I would’ve embarrassed his ass. Mark Henry was there too. He just walked away as well.

I never understood why they pushed this guy so hard. He was the worst in ring preformer of that era. You can tell he expected everything to be handed to him. You can see in the interview he is sitting there just thinking of how to bury everyone he was in competition with. Crazy to see how such big men can be such divas.

@TheHannibalTV8 ай бұрын
Wrestlers gossip about locker room fights constantly. There is nothing about this anywhere until recent years. Tom Prichard was working for WWE at the time he never heard of it.
@TheHannibalTV8 ай бұрын
The fact that it wasn’t reported anywhere until 20+ years later when wrestlers love talking about locker room fights makes me pretty sure it’s a bullshit story. This was supposed to have happened during the attitude era when wrestling was at a popularity peak too.
@jayc70088 ай бұрын
@@TheHannibalTV It seems Ahmed left on bad terms and he’s being buried in my opinion. It sounds like lies on both ends with Ahmed adding to the story with some truth. I would believe Undertaker if he spoke on this matter.

This is the shit ive been saying about how the wrestling business is Vince McMahon decided to Push Ahmed and that's what started the shit between the so called nation of domination and black folks can't get along i know im black so jealousy and envy is the way it is with the Brothers And Tony Norris AKA Ahmed Johnson Shouldn't worry about anything Until they get in his face

I agree… I’ve been saying that They were envious of him getting the push and they created lies and tried to injure him purposely. When Farooq debuted he attacked Ahmed in a tag match and injured him then Ahmed returned it in the street fight …it was straight up envy…

your comment started with promise then went off a cliff. strange you would single out the brothers when ahmed couldn't get along with folks from all different backgrounds. when countless people have a problem with you at some point it becomes time to look in the mirror.

I don't believe the story about Steve Austin spray painting n****r on his car but I do believe some of what he says including other black wrestlers being jealous. He got pushed as hard as a guy can be pushed in 1996 outside of Shawn Michaels plus he had a great look. Personally, I don't believe the "good old boys club" angle either. Some black wrestlers have stated that and that being the reason they didn't get pushed and they're entitled to think that. But when I listen to Dirty Dutch, Sullivan, Anderson, Bischoff, Russo, Nash, Disco or Schiavone I definitely don't get the vibe they were blocking guys cause of the color of their skin. Back in the 90s there was just too many top tier talent they could work with and not enough TV time to include them all. It's gotta be pretty tough to be an out and out racist considering the landscape of the 1990s and how many foreign and black superstars were on the roster. But maybe I'm the racist for not seeing it.
