Honestly the answers are not clear. In question 1&2 Fahad directly asked about investment avenues one can explore, whereas in answer, we couldn't find a clear answer. It went to stock and black money, which is not relevant to the question. I would request the host to check these things so that people can learn from such podcasts and thanks for doing such show which is not present in Bangladesh.

Suggestion for Ahmed Fahad, Stop using filler word when you're guest is speaking, this is a podcast not a casual conversation. you dont need to 'hm' ,'um, 'uh' between your guest sentences. just listen to it yourself. it's very annoying. BTW the today's guest's delivery was top notch.
