Ghost of ramirez actually works incredibly well with the explore mechanic and pirates creating map tokens. It's an additional level of jank thats surprisingly good

I feel like the extra turn pirate is a better swap for Altar. Ramirez being evasive is pretty nice, and lets you be aggressive.

Timestream Navigator is much better in this deck than in a normal pirate typal deck because you can get it into your graveyard and when you need the extra turn reanimate it and take an extra turn right then with the haste. It has already won me quite a few games

There are similar cards but none of em are pirates. But these are the most interesting/repetetive Clockspinning Fain, the broker Heartless act Hex parasite Power Conduit Thrull parasite Soul diviner
