This is a good layout. It shows windows above the garage and main room - are there rooms up there or is it just decorative? From my experience, the sinks on the island look good but are not practical, as the washing up looks like it's in the middle of the room and the island is less useable for eating / sitting. I would reduce the pantry size and increase counter top with sink there.

Yes. We build ours in 2020 and have all ADA width doors (so the halls are wider) and we did a sun/screen room. We had the double doors put on the dinning room wall going out to the back sunroom and a regular door w sidelights as a front door. We did three long windows in living area and did away with the door since we moved to dinning room. We LOVE IT!
