I've seen this video a couple of times, it's truly a masterpiece. Im going to try to tie a few of these for some salmon rivers in northern Norway. Im thinking blood quill Marabou and a nice front hackle. Im gonna play around with some more flash. Again, thanks! How is this for the seatrout?

Great work and a very nice fly! Only would it be great, if you could include a close-up view of all the used materials, in your next videos, I was struggling a bit with the Amherst pheasant at first: Having only neck-feathers in my collection...🤔 But I guess/am almost sure, you are using fibers of a tail-feather?!?

Thanks :-) we take some shots from the tying table above with the materials layd out. But you are right about the amherst - it is fibres from the tail and dyed yellow for this colorcombination.

Det er jo snart et klassisk lakse mønster her i dk 👍 Blå/hvid/sort med sølv flash er nu også pænt effektiv til åens havørreder her i syddanmark.
