I actually like these episodes more because they’re getting darker 🫣lol. I feel like this story may go the way of Rosemary’s baby. I do like your theory of the bad bad good ones though, that would be a fun twist!

I read book reviewers who were disappointed the ending wasn't darker, so I know there are others who agree with you! I think the book ending was just so surprising in that it wasn't sinister at all and I really liked how Anna got a happy ending ultimately. And I loved the whole "women supporting women" message. But yeah, we'll see where the show goes!

Siobhan is the leader, the one with the necklace, it’s been showed in trailers before. They are all evil and will be evil until the end. Ana will also end up joining for fame after she births the creature.

I love this! I’ve been obsessed since it premiered, watched your part 1 analysis and it got me to read Delicate Conditions in the interim between part 2 and analyzing and comparing is so much fun because they have twisted it in coolest way and added so much *more* to the story.

The essential plot of the book Ryan is still following especially when the witches said they had something special planned for Anna that part is book accurate however some bizarre scenes were added in these new eps that can make me understand y ur worried abt the show but I love the casting of the show n I still can’t wait to see how Ryan deals w the twist of the novel

If you haven't read the afterward it's definitely worth reading and adds so much strength to the story in the book. Which is why I'm finding the show disappointing. Great video.

Well this is American HORROR story so I actually hope all the witches are evil but I do want Anna to overcome them somehow. Hopeful she kills the main witch and with her death all the others die lol 😂

The witches being good at the end would not make for a good tv show especially for AHS. If you’ve never seen other seasons of this show then your in for a surprise. I hope it’s get darker and darker each episode until it ends

I loved this video alot and I cant wait what else the show reveals that is similar to the book!❤ If its alright to ask, do you think spiders will have a role in the last 2 episodes of the season? They were mentioned/ appeared in part 1 and since then we havent seen anything about them.

I don't think so... in the book there was a passing comment where Anna says dreamt she gave birth to spider babies and I think the show just liked that visual and has used it in marketing and in one of the episodes. I could be totally wrong of course but I personally don't think they'll play a significant role in the end.

I read a cool theory that Siobhan Corbyn is a witch, wich is kinda confirmed from paparazzi photo's and new promo's but the theory is that she is a witch and that Anna Victoria Alcott is carrying Siobhan's reincarnation / rebirth of some sort. Siobhan have lived for a long time because she get's reborn. Ivy Ehrenreich made Anna miscarry her first child who was a boy perhap's because it needed to be a female and this new baby is that female and that baby is Siobhan's rebirth so when she get's this baby, Siobhan will be reborn in some form. This is not my theory I just read it and it was really intresting, I canno't say who it was who wrote it.

Before she got into the pool whatever her name is says you baby is a boy and Anna ask how did you know it's a boy. Did I miss something because I just watched it yesterday and that's what I thought I heard so now I'm confused her baby now is it a boy or girl?

Is this first season of American horror story you viewed? If so,than season 3 will be your preference due to the fact it's plot is around witches that due good,well in my opinion. Lol give it a try if you haven't.

I love these comparison videos because I had not read the book and have been curious how it compared! I am a big AHS fan and have seen every season multiple times so I agree with everyone else saying the story had to get twisted around somehow to be AHS but unfortunately they do go towards the satanic underling in many seasons. At first this was giving anti christ/demon baby vibes and I was mad because they have already done that but now with hearing that Anna’s career is not a huge storyline in the book I feel it is leaning more towards major Illuminati vibes/selling your soul in exchange for fame or whatever you want.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Yeah I can see them taking that angle. In the book the witches do live forever in some cases and they lead successful lives so that would fit. I think the demon baby storyline has been done so much in media in general (especially lately with us getting multiple movies about that) so I hope they aren't going that route.

AHS has done 2 previous seasons on magic. S3 Coven was about the good witches (Eve). S8 was about evil warlocks (Satan). S12 Delicate I think is exploring evil witches (Lilith) and if AHS explores another good warlocks (Adam) season about the struggles of being a beta male in this patriarchal world.
