The sound is fine after the first 40 seconds. Worth watching!

Todd, I truly appreciate your scientific efforts here. I started at 20/50, measured at -1 Diopters. After about 6 months, of wearing a plus, only for near, I began reading the 20/30 line with good clarity. Today, I consistently read 20/20, on my own Snellen. The entire process is both low cost and effective. I am an Engineer, so it all makes scientific sense to me. Permanent 20/20.

The plus (at 20/60) can produce clearing to 20/30 and better. (Pass all normal legal requirements.) Todd is correct, as science.

I read about how biopsy trauma in the lungs resulted in total remission of lung cancers. The stressor probably triggered a repair and clean-up response.

my 13 year old son has -4.5 and -4.75. so if we follow the print pushing method, does he need to be off the spectacles all the time? or just only when reading, he has to take it off?

"Audio hormesis" haha.... It seems like he only has a vague understanding of how microphones work.
