Any painful experience before eating a bun would only make the bun more comforting. It would condition the opposite of what the lady intended. For the pain-application procedure to work, one would need to hammer one's finger after eating the bun to override the pleasure of food.

It all begins with slavery at school! If you cage kids in classrooms, they will eat for comfort! Nobody noticed?

This could actually work with a lot of different things not just obesity! Anxiety, depression, etc. Limbic system re-wiring is fascinating.

When your body is in balance theoretically everything works well..so the goal should be physical balance ...that means you are taking in a healthy diet - but that is the question - feed in the proper chemicals you feed in balance & health if you don't address the chemical inputs first all the rest is ineffective. First to know is the brain is 80% fat; if you are not eating enough fats (re:fats not oils) you will have an imbalance & an issue. To promote the sugar industry fats have become a source of fantasy phobia, eat many sources of quality animal & fish fats. ..the simple easy answer is the best

I've found that after a mere 3 months on a Keto/carnivore diet, most cravings subside significantly, and an 18 hour fast is a walk in the park. Previously, after 3-4 hours without eating, I was ready to go out and kill my own food. Remarkable.

And people without addictions are still unhappy. That's our condition, eh?

Most addictions are licked by the individual who got tired of the aggravations caused by their addiction. No anti-addiction programs seems to get results better than single digits.
