What was interesting to me was the Senate Committee scene. In Timothy Zahn's original Thrawn Trilogy from the early '90s, the Provisional Council (basically the Legends equivalent of the Senate Committee) were also arrogant and unwilling to accept that an Imperial Grand Admiral was kicking their asses, with one of them, a Bothan, even implying that Han, Luke, and Leia were using the reveal as a ploy to distract them from some internal matters going on (I won't spoil it in case you've never read the Thrawn Trilogy), and wanted them arrested for treason basically. So I see where Filoni is pulling from Legends for this show. I also like that they're going back to the Force being what it was in A New Hope, where anybody could use it if they had the talent, rather than it being hereditary like it became in The Empire Strikes Back and onwards.

My prediction is that Morgan, Baylen, and Shin make the jump in the hyperspace ring to the other galaxy where Thrawn is and Ahsoka and Sabine have to communicate with the purrgil using the force to take them to the other galaxy. Once they arrive they manage to destroy/damage the hyperspace ring and effectively trap themselves and Thrawn in the other galaxy. This will explain why Thrawn, Ahsoka, and Sabine are not part of the sequel trilogies. The only question is who else from the "Mandoverse" goes with them? I'm guessing Hera, Chopper, and Jacen, but it would also be awesome if Ahsoka convinces Din Jaren and Grogu to go with them as well as other members of the Ghost crew (Zeb, Kallus, or even Rex!). They have several years of adventures in the other galaxy and then manage to get back to the main galaxy but it happens after the sequel trilogies.

@@Rocket1377 oh I totally agree. I was referring to the part where it was speculated that being in another galaxy "explains" why the Rebels characters "weren't in the sequel trilogy".

@@AtlCinderella80 Stranger? Both were a vital part of the rebellion, with Luke being the main downfall of the Empire. She would know and trust him more than most. It's highly likely they have met, especially with her history with Ahsoka.

@@GreenFalcon926 at this point Luke is starting to built the Jedi academy so probably that's why ,or she doesn't want him to be Jedi because she is a worried that Jacen will end up like Kaman or Ezra (dead or missing)

The last point about Thrawn having senators: He's not very politically savvy, and the circumstances of his position at the time of his disappearance don't lend much support to that either. He didn't exactly have any ambitions other than serving the Empire and making sure they would be allies with the Chiss when that threat of the Grysk came to bear. We still don't know how/why Morgan says He speaks to her, aside from being a Nightsister. Pellaeon and the other Shadow Council members likely have more to do with the infiltration into the NR than Thrawn directly. Speaking of which Pellaeon was captain of one of Thrawn's 7th Fleet ISDs when the Purrgil took the Chimera away... I can't remember if they only took the Chimera or the rest of the ISDs, or if they were all destroyed. Either way, he's still alive. All that aside, the douche senator that's giving Hera a hard time is Sen. Xiono, father of Kaz from Resistance. I can't remember exactly how it goes down, but he's a First Order simp. To go back to my previous point, it's likely Brendol Hux from the Shadow Council that's his handler. Or at least his faction.

Nobody seems to catch that xiono is the father of the main character in the resistance animation, if I'm not mistaken. Also, that the argument he uses is very similar to the grand speech padme makes during the clone wars, wich shows the lack of integrity and leadership the republic has.

I feel like this planet is where space whale mothers nest/give birth, hence they are so big as they have reached full size maturity. Hopefully unlike salmon fishes that migrate back to their freshwater nesting grounds, the migration isn't one-way.

I really dislike Senator Xiono that is why I started the animation TV Show Ressistance. His son is very nice and workes with BB8 as a spy for Leia and Poe! His father hates the Ressistance , he says that they are terrorists. I almost finished season 1 of 2 and I will see if the Senator is going to betray the New Republic or maybe he is going to fight...
