Anyone else noticed that despite them using the TCW Phase 1 helmet design, the back of the chest plate is consistent with the AOTC design?

It's an update phase one design since the Clone Wars art style has evolved over the years. Other parts of the armour are also improved to fit the newer style better, like the shoulder pads and armour plating Thanks for pointing this out

Also the phase 1 clones in “Tales of the Jedi” have the same body type as phase 2 clones. In TCW, the phase 1 clones were slim and tall.

@@GreenNinj4 2 blade combat forms were looked down on heavily in the jedi order, so anikin had to pull some tricks to get her a 2nd crystal, but if i remember my lore corectly she either went and got a 2nd crystal and that ended up being yellow or this one adapted to her and changed its collor to yellow like the temple gaurd blades

Its cuz of anakins different and lets be honest more efficient way of training even some jedi looked down on is why ahsoka became so op for a padawan yet she never ranked up to jedi knight but 100% surpasses that considering 1 she was able to take on a sith lord like darth maul with ease even alot of jedi knights and masters couldnt and 2 she later on in life was one of the very few jedi that could hold her own against prime vader and probs could have beaten him , he loved her like a sister and after loosing his mother clearly couldnt bare to loose anyone else so while ahsoka might have thought he was being hard on her really he was doin her such a huge favour ! Its cuz of him she survived the clone wars and order 66 which even alotttt of jedi masters couldnt even do

It's a time skip. You'll notice in the beginning, she's got one lightsaber and the Clones are all wearing Phase I armor, and then she goes unconscious the second time, and wakes up with her Season 3 outfit, her secondary Shoto saber, and the clones are all in their Phase II armor. Essentially, it's meant to show that she trained with the Clones throughout the war.
